  • BRASS HANGING DECORATIONS

    Brass will never rust, but over time it may develop a soft patina as a reaction to moisture in the air and natural oils from hands. You can let it age naturally or keep it bright and shiny.

    To clean, remove any ribbon and gently buff the decoration with a soft microfibre cloth and a little Bar Keepers Friend. Rinse under warm water and dry immediately with a clean, dry cloth

    BRASS PINS

    Brass pins come pre-sealed with Renaissance wax and include a small polishing cloth. To keep them shiny, use only a brass or jewellery cleaning cloth or allow them to develop a natural patina if you prefer.

    BRASS HANGING DECORATIONS

    Brass hanging decorations may be returned for an exchange or refund within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging, with all packaging undamaged. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

    BRASS PINS

    For hygiene reasons, brass pins are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once delivered. As these items include a pin back, it cannot be guaranteed that they have not been worn or placed through the skin.

    FAULTY ITEMS

    If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please make contact within 30 days of delivery. A refund or replacement will be offered in line with UK consumer law.

    Orders are currently shipped within the UK only, including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

    DELIVERY METHOD

    All orders are sent using a Royal Mail tracked service.

    DISPATCH AND TRACKING

    Customers will receive an email notification once an order has been dispatched, along with tracking details. A delivery confirmation email will be sent once the parcel has been delivered.
